Hasta luego Banyan Tree!  (That means see you later, for those who are having trouble recalling 9th grade Spanish).  While our food all week was delicious, it seems we saved the best for last when we chose Tamarind at Banyan Tree Mayakoba for our last honeymoon meal.  What is more, our fantastic server, Erick, let us know that we were among the first to sample food from the new menu, only in place two weeks!
